Don't know if anyone has pointed this out yet, but you need to be divorced and free to marry in order to remarry ... you cant just get married because your divorce is nearly done!
USCIS will need proof that you are divorced and free to remarry before you can apply for ANY marriage based visa or AOS.
I'm afraid you'll have to do the same as thousands have before you, visit, return then sit and wait till your divorce is final so you can apply for a K-1.

If you got here any way other than a completely normal method ..Keep it to yourself .. and whatever advice your lawyer gave you ..keep that to yourself as well... Do not discuss it on a public forum..
