Mortgage refinancing
Hi all,
I currently own a property in New Jersey and have a mortgage with Chase. I am looking to have it refinanced but do not have a second line of credit to make this happen. As I am not earning or living in the US I am unable to get a Credit Card to obtain the second line of Credit. I am in a Catch 22 here, with this. The apartment is currently rented out and I have not missed or been late on any payments since I purchased it in 2004.
Are there any companies/banks that deal with international clients? Or is there anyway to get my credit rating in the UK to be considered for this?

Thanks for the suggestion but they are have said no as the apartment is rented out.
