Mortgage pests!
We are on the Do Not Call list, but recently we have started to get almost daily calls from people (usually Indian by the sound) offering us 'better' mortgages.
The companies are not any that we have dealings with.
I guess other than telling them to pi$$ off there is little we can do, but these people are becoming a bloody nuisance.
Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I'm afraid this is not an option for me as I work from home - it could be clients calling. Also, my sons' friends would probably just hang up if an ansaphone comes on.
I'm just puzzled because, since registering with DNC, and until quite recently, we did not have any problems with unsolicited calls. I am wondering if anything has changed - have they found a loophole or are they now just brazenly flouting the rules?

Not had so many calls from the mortgage pests, but the junk mail is unrelenting.
We haven't done too badly on the telemarketers ever since we switched to Lingo. I wonder if they have a harder time of getting hold of your phone number with a VOIP service. When we were with Verizon, they'd ring constantly.

Any ideas as to how to stop the junk mail?
