I still think the best solution of all would be for the USA, Mexico and Canada to merge into one super country, allow total freedom of movement across (formet) borders, one common currency, one legal system, one government. Might have to phase into it- maybe we could cal it the "American Union"?

Interesting information to explain WHY antisemitism exists, but I'm not sure it provides evidence that "most everyone" in Europe in the 1930s hated/disliked/distrusted Jews (on superficial reading anyway).
