Default Mars Bars - USA equivalent?

I like that Kitkats and Rolo's are like the chocolate in England, but can anyone tell me what the nearest chocolate bar is to the Mars Bar please.

At work there is always a big jar of chocolate bars knocking about. There's usually some "Caramel Milky Ways" in there.....to me that's a Mars Bar.

IMO US Kit Kats don't taste anything like UK Kit Kats...a bit like US Cadbury's vs UK Cadbury's.

We know US Cadbury's is made by Hershey 'cos it says so on the back of the wrapper. Mars isn't though...it's made by Mars (US).

I made this same Mars Bar/Milky Way connection about a week ago and almost posted about it. I guess I should have done.
