Default Making a will

Hi all- I couldn't find any posts on this; Mrs G and I have decided to make a will, but cannot work out the best way to go about it. We have assets (bank accounts and pension plans) in the UK & Ireland as well as the US; some websites seem to suggest we need a will for each country, and others suggest we could have one that covers everything.

Does anyone have any experience or recommendation on how to manage this? We moved to North Carolina in May of last year on L1/L2 visas.

Thanks very much in advance!

Default Re: Making a will

We have a US will and appointed joint executors (our sons) in each country. That makes it easier for the executors as each deals with our assets where they are.
