Do you like Cathedral City Cheddar cheese? If you do, the next time your at the supermarket, pick up some Cabot Vermont Cheddar cheese, extra sharp - give it a try & let me know what you think. It's the best cheese I've found here, we love it.

Yes I know but I still don't understand why there are no decent US cheeses.

But not surprising in a nation where people consider Hamburger Helpers a legitimate ingredient of a 'home-cooked' meal....

you can get it in quite a few health stores, Sam's club also has some...but there's plenty of nice 2-5 year aged cheeses from Vermont..
