Default Leaving US but retaining investment condo's

After 5 years here we have decided to leave and experience life in Spain. Just another adventure while we can.
But, we would like to retain the condo's that we bought here for their rental return to supplement our pensions etc.
However, we are not sure how to account for these, regarding tax, as we also intend to surrender our Green cards.
Has anyone done similar or can offer advice on this. It would be most appreciated.
