Landlord Insurance from USA
I rent out a home in the UK and just got booted from my landlord insurance policy because I disclosed I am resident in the USA (as I have disclosed each end every time I've renewed in the past!).
Can someone please recommend a company which will accept US residents and is relatively easy to work/communicate with?

Do you have an Agent? I would ask them, I know my Managing Agent does it but may not help where you are.

I’m using direct line, they have my overseas address. Not to say they won’t boot me out I guess, but haven’t made a fuss on it so far.,,
