Ok this is in German, but still basic, just click on the map, then aim the dart at where you think the city is & click your mouse button. I was 6,300 km off!!

Yank here, never lived in Europe, got an 86% and 66 miles average error. Those blankety-blank tiny countries (Monaco, Malta, Vatican) really got me.

90%, 38 miles, 284 seconds. Not bad.
Try going to www.torpedosoftware.com and downloading their Eurowin program. Does the same but for European countries. Good fun.
There's also a USA States one but the states sometimes need to be rotated in order for them to fit. It's more challenging.
