Default King Kong The Movie:

Just been to see it. It's really violent and gory. Kewl though. Don't know how they managed to get the monkey love past the censors.

Anyone seen it?

Been trying to get the missus to go, but she's not up for it. For some reason she isnt too excited by a giant ape film. Says we can go see it...if I go see Brokeback Mountain with her. So it looks like Kong on DVD.

It's good, but not that good. Most of the acting was average. The effects were mostly just good but some were very well done. However, only on par now with Titanic effects and that was many moons ago.

You can't kill the classic, Kong which was 10 times better for ITS day.

Rather watch monkey love than Man love in Brokeback mountain!

I rented Identity, The Aristocrats and Lords of dogtown this week.. all are awful movies.. stay away!!!!

Great brit flick to watch if you get chance... Layer Cake. Great film with the new 007 in it!

I really enjoyed it - effects were good, but thought it too long overall.

Best for me was the re-creation of NYC in the 30s - excellent
