Keeping score?
What gives with media obsession of keeping score of soldiers dying in action. If this is meant to shock people then why don't they have a monthly count of people killed on US roads.

Yes deaths due to drugs and road accidents are tragic, and this information is also in the public domain, but how many of those deaths are a direct result of a single decision taken in the White House?

Re: Keeping score?
I am not into the rights of conflicts. My point was the necessity to keep score every day. Why not do the rest nationally 'everyday'. Don't concentrate on one area of fatalities do the lot. Figures are very sobering and should make us think but as I said do not pick and choose to suit the situation.
