K1 help
I am an American citizen and I just sent in the I-129F forms for the K1 Visa. How important is it to send in color photo-copies of birth certificates and such? I neglected to send in a color photo copy of my birth certificate and my passport. If it is necessary does anyone know if I can send in supplemental items?
Thank you,
Heather

Sorry, I do not know the answer to your question - however, if you post your enquiry in the US Marriage-Based Visa forum, you are more likely to have your post seen by many people who are quite knowledgeable about the I-129f application.
Good luck,
Debbie

Hi again!
I just logged into the marriage based forum myself, and you already did that! *chuckle*

Heather I don't think it's necessary to send color copies. A site you may want to visit for a lot of answers on what you are going through is:

Several immigration attorneys also visit there and many others that are in the same boat as us.
