Just a brief introduction...
Just a brief hello and introduction from sunny (sic!) Glasgow...
I have already found reams of great info and advice on this forum so thank you. I will, of course, continue to trawl the archives so I don't 'annoyingly' post a question that has been answered a million times...
My family are not US (or indeed several other countries) newbies, having lived in Brooklyn for 2 years previously.
We will be buying in Florida at some point in the first half of 2014 and my two young daughters will then attend school in Florida (private school so negating a lot of issues that may have needed overcoming...) from the beginning of the fall semester 2014.
There you go...not quite so brief!

I have some disturbing news....I am...gasp...not Scottish.
I have infiltrated Glasgow in advance of the independence vote to cause mayhem and subterfuge...
...and will be covertly recovered via a midnight spy asset exchange over the Erskine Bridge...
