I have an associate's degree in computer animation. Which would be better, J1 or H1. I know I will need employer to sponser. I really don't know much about the J1 visa. I think it means the company must participate in some sort of exchange program with the government. I'm confused. And, would an associate's degree be sufficient for the H1? I also have 3 years of work experience as a web designer. thanks for the help. btw, i'm a canadian citizen.
