Default J-1 2 year res?

I'm about to begin filing I-130/485 papers etc,
after my recent marriage to a USC. I have previously had 2 J-1 (work at a summercamp like a slave because no american will do it) visa. What does the 2 year restriction mean and does it apply to me, my last one ended oct 2001.
I am very confused.

Look on your Visa. If there ist written: Bearer is not subject to 2 YHRR, then you are lucky. Otherwise you normally have to go to your homecountry for two years before coming back to USA. But you can get a Waiver for the 2YHRR. But I guess, that you are not subject. Just look on your Visa stamp

(update)
on my visa in my passprot it says:

Vsa Type / class
R J1

(and under Annotation is blank, then)

P 4 4208

Somebody already tells me that i'm NOT under the restriction, anybody confirm?

I have had VISA without 2YHRR
and it's written on it. On my VISA:

Annotation:
P 3 4320
BEARER IS NOT SUBJECT TO SECTION 212(E)
TWO YEAR RULE DOES NOT APPLY

so I guess You should have to have the same annotation.

regards
