Re: ITIN application
Most banks offer a notary service, sometimes free if you are a customer. NB: you should call ahead and ensure that the branch office you're going to has a notary on staff.

Re: ITIN application
Hello, I have just started the process for an ITIN, and as Snowbunny said found my bank more than happy to do this for no charge. My realtors office also offered to assist.

Fedex Kinko's notarised some paperwork for me for USCIS....don't know if they'll do a passport though....(but there's no harm in asking)...and it cost $5.00

also chances are if you've kids, someone at school could do it...and also local town office usually has someone who'll do it for free for residents of the town...
