Ikea
Does anyone live near an Ikea other than Pittsburgh. I have been trying to get hold of some sheers but ours have never carried them and wondered if anyone would be willing to help.

I was in IKEA yesterday at Elizabeth, NJ (opposite the main runway at Newark international airport).
They did have the purple and turquoise coloured sheers hanging from a display but I didn't look to see if there were any in stock available to buy. Ironically I noticed them because when we lived in Singapore my daughter pursuaded me to buy lengths and lengths of the purple sheers (ie net curtains) and I remarked on them to my mum who is on a visit here. Actually I ended up giving them away to a Filipina maid when we were moving out. If you know the item # send me a PM and I guess I could check with Elizabeth if they're in stock and I could go over and get them for you...can't do it this week though. :cool: |

Target have sheers very reasonably priced at $14.99 or something like that. I've used dyes to get the colours I've wanted...just an idea :)
