Thumbs up If there's only one film you watch this week....

......do watch "Love, Actually".

I saw it at the movies this time last year and watched it again on TV last night (weird that it was on HBO and I was going to watch it on DVD!).

It's such a brilliant Christmas film....tears came to my eyes when watching the school nativity scene and I'm so glad my kids took part in one in their local village school before we left the UK.

It was so heartwarming to see everyone greeting and hugging each other at Heathrow airport in the movie.....and I'll get to do the same when my daughter arrives at Newark on Wednesday night - yippee!

It is a great film, I've added it to my "must watch at Christmas" list.

It's a great movie. I rented it and then the next day I bought it. It's strange, if I was still in England I wouldn't have liked it. I guess it reminded me of home.

I saw this on DVD a few months back with my in-laws. It was an OK film. Quite sappy in places with some humorous moments but I wouldn't class it as an outstanding film.

Probably better to see it at Christmastime, the time of the year the film is set in anyway...

I've seen it. Its ok but the last 10-15 minutes is layer upon layer of syrup . The vomit inducing kind.

Mind you its better than the last 10 minutes of Pearl Harbor which was just so awful it was hilarious.

Love Actually was showing on the plane when I was flying over here to live.

I'd be robbed at the airline check in at Valencia, my sealed envelope from immigration had been stolen and I wasn't at all sure if I'd be allowed in when I got here. I still had my passport and my lovely con off advised me to chance it and hope for the best with immigration.

I'd been really brave all day and not cried once. I was watching the film on the plane and the airport scene come on the film. I snuck off to the loos for a quick howl.

I saw that on the plane going to England and it's fab! It makes you laugh and cry! Very, very entertaining.

Last night I actually saw the first Harry Potter movie for the first time. Wow! Fantastic special effects, and so quintessentially English. I really enjoyed it. I shall have to buy all the books now and see the other movies.
