I485 interview w/ criminal expunged
Any help is appreciated! thank you in advance. I have been scheulded for a interivew for status adjustment (I have been married to a US citizen for 5 years). Here is what I am concerned about, 2 years ago, I had a misdemeanor charged and was later expunged. will this effect my application at all? Should I assume that the immigration officier (interviewer) has a full disclosure of my criminal record? Thank you
