I really need some advices
I am one year in the United States illegaly, I am married to a person who should receive soon the GC (has a refugee status), and I deliver a baby 2 months ago. I know that my baby "doesn't help me" concerning my status, but is there anyway I can adjust my status here ? I am a French citizen, by the way... Does the I-485 works for me ?
Thanks for all the help you can bring me.

I am going to assume that you entered the US on a visa or visa waiver
and just didn't leave.
If you actually snuck into the country, then you will have bigger
problems.....
If your spouse is a green card holder you will have a long (6 years,
maybe) wait for permanent residence.
Additionally, you would not be able to file I-485 to adjust status based
on this. You will probably have to leave the US. Consult an attorney.
