I-864 Affidivat of support
In I-864 "Affidavit of support form" one has to provide past 3 years of tax returns. I graduated from college last year and was not working while I was in college as thus I did not file tax return for the past 3 years. I have just procured a job this current year and my question is how this would apply in my situation as thus I dont have past 3 years tax returns. I am sponsoring my spouse via I-130. If someone can take a moment and shed some light I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!!

Write a statement indicating your income for the past 3 years and
stating that you didn't file because you were not required to file. It
might also be possible to get a statement from IRS stating this.

mrtravel answered your question, but I wanted to comment that it sounds like
you may have trouble meeting the 125% above poverty level guidelines. If
that is the case, you'll need to find a joint sponsor. A joint sponsor can
be any US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
