Ok, this affidavit of support, its less complicated than the one you need to fill out when applying for change of status, and the instructions make no mention of income requirements, but i have seen it mentione in a few places that the same income requirements apply for this form as for the I-864.......

so what gives?

In the I-864 FAQ'S at the state department site, it says that the 125% thing doesnt apply to the I-134.........well, if i am reading it correctly........

anyone care to shed some light on this?
