So I-129 approved yesterday, now how long till i can have the embassy interview here in london ??

Also can i submit pack 3 now, just down load from internet and send, or do i wait till told i can do so ?

any help very very much appriciated. sxsxs

Well first of all "CONGRATULATION" wher was you petition approved from and what was the time line..
I am waiting on Nebraska 1stNOA24th May..

Well as for the packet 3 you have to get that from the embassy I think te one in london will sent it out to you if you call and ask them.. then once you have all the items on the check list you send them back a form and they arrange the interview.. so get on that phone to them..lol

First, congratulations on getting the I-129 approval! It was 4 months
from I-129 approval to my visa interview in London last year but that
might have been a bit less if my petition hadn't got lost between CSC
and London!

There's no problem sending your forms in now, just follow the
instructions on the IV-15 and don't send any supporting documentation,
just the forms they request.

was approved from misour office, husband recived nottification by post at his adress in USA.

Ace, thats the info i needed, that i can send in the forms and dont have to wait for the pack in the post... because, unsurprisingly, that takes weeks.

where did you file your 129 petition and how

missouri, it took nearly 6 months.
It is now however useless as the 1-130 got approved too, so as thats the big daddy it wipes out the need for a 1-129 when approved.

This was all back in August. My 1-130 has been sitting in the NVC since.

I have sent my pack three to london embassy (recorded dilivery), no word. ( they dident ask for pack three by the way, i just down loaded one and sent it as advised by embassy woman).

and so another week rolls by huh ?...........
