It has emerged that Mr Cheney, an experienced hunter, did not have the correct licence for shooting quail, lacking a stamp for shooting upland game birds. His office says it was not informed of all stamps required for the shoot.

Police should automaticaly charge him with Reckless Endangerment within 48 hours.
It carries 5 years in jail, if found guilty.
Now, if later the victim dies - it then becomes Manslaughter 2 - 15 YEARS IN JAIL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pity Cheney was not in conversation with Bush at the time, could have had him for CONSPIRACY - 12 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
