HR Compliance and Benefits - New Incorporation under main UK company
Has anyone in New York or elsewhere in the US come across the HR and compliance company Trinet?
We have recently incorporated in the US under our main UK company and they have been recommended by our attorneys as a way to manage and mitigate risk for employment contracts, 401k, benefits etc.

Any experiences would be helpful.

Google <Trinet reviews>, there are some rather interesting hits, including one for the "consumeraffairs.com" website where they are rated 1.7/5 and there are some interesting opinions. Of course you should bear in mind that nobody likes HR and therefore the default is inevitably that there are going to be user/employee complaints.
