26 pounds sounds very cheap probably mailed to you which can take a while.
UPS, FEDEX or DHL can be two days but quite a bit more expensive.

All the birthday/special occasions cakes I’ve seen in the US and Canada are hideous and taste pretty much the same. Nothing to compare to M&S and Sainsbury’s cakes
