How do I get a H1 visa?
Hi there,
My partner is currently in the US working on an L1 visa. I am an occupational therapist and would like to work in North Carolina aswell.
How do I go about finding a job and a company that will sponsor me?
Had anyone had any success getting a H1 visa as it seems very complicated and I would like any feedback on how to go about the process.

Occupational Therapist may well be in demad..
go see companies on you next visit ..
If they want you ..they apply for the visa ..
not you ..

Get married, get an L2 visa, then apply for a EAD...look for work...
Much easier than looking for someone to sponsor an H1B....
