Default Homeowners Insurance

I rec'd a fantastic price for homeowners insurance from Residence Mutual Insurance Company located in Agoura Hills, CA.

Can anyone else recommend another source to quote?

Excuse me if I sound a bit dumb here, but if you have received a 'fantastic price' already, why do you need another source?

P.s I don't know of any

I have never heard of them, but a quick gander suggests that they are a small specialist operation.

Quite what their specialism is was difficult to see, Homeowners is an unusual area to specialse in, must be some subset to allow them to compete with the big battalions.

They mention their re-insurers financial standing, mainly irrelevant, but not their own which would suggest to me that it is nothing to write home about.

You might want to try your auto insurance company. Nationwide will give you a discount if you have both homeowners and auto with them. I think most of the big companies do the same.

Hi Blaze, Well I first had AAA for the 1st year. Then the second year I found these folks for $200.00 cheaper. I always go out to quote every year to find the lowest price available, with the same coverages of course ;-)
