If there is anyone living there, or has lived there fairly recently, what are the +'s and -'s to the area. DD, SIL and their kids 5 and 2 might have a chance to immigrate with a job, (an engineering one), and want to know more about the area before they make any decisions. Rental market, while they build up a credit rating etc. They do not want to be in Las Vegas.

Henderson is VERY nice. It was named one of the nicest places to live recently.

I have friends up there...I live in Vegas and have done for nearly three years.

Vegas and Henderson are generally cheap to rent depending on what you want out of your house and area.

I love being here in Vegas, I have a great paying job Bartending.
