Default Help please I-130 Petition

Here is what we have

Check for $130
I-130 Petition - every box filled in and blanks filled with N/A or None
1 pic of Hubby, 1 of Me in an envelope clipped to the I-130 petition

G-325a Biographical Data - Every thing filled in - blanks filled with N/A or None (In box This form is submitted in connection with application for: Immigrant Visa)

Marriage Certificate
Birth Certificates
Divorce Papers
Picture of us on our wedding day
Copies of airline tickets, boarding passes etc.

Is this all we need to send in?

Also do we have to write on the envelope ORIGINAL SUBMISSION I-130 (Immediate Relative)?

Does it matter if we send it by USPS or Fed Ex?

Thank you for your help in advance.

I have to say, when we sent our I-130 we just sent what they asked for, ie no pictures of us on our wedding day, no airlines tickets etc. I didn't see anything like that mentioned in the instructions.

We sent the money (visa card), bio data, proof of marriage (certificate). We sent it special delivery (here in the UK) which means it can be tracked and delivery is guaranteed.

IMHO I think the pics and the tickets are overkill. Just make sure you've read the instructions and give them what they ask for. Oh and if it's direct consular filing, include some proof of residence here in the UK (we forgot to include anything, but since we listed UK work and addresses for my USC wife, we got our acceptance OK).

Default Re: Help please I-130 Petition

in "Preparing Your Application for Filing" on the INS Site it says:

For most forms, your application package should be assembled in the following order:

Fee payment
Form G-28 (if applicable)
Application or petition with photos in attached envelope (if applicable)
G-325A (if applicable)
Other evidence
Supporting documentation

Well too late my hubby mailed it to the TSC today. Hope we have done nothing wrong.
