Think on the bright side you can go shopping and get a whole new wardrobe of clothes... or is that too Pollyannaish?

It takes me about 4 hrs every morning to muster up enough enthusiasm to get on the treadmill. I hate every minute of it. I hate getting all hot and sweaty. I hate feeling knackered afterwards. I hate exercising. :curse:
