Sounds delicious. How do you slice an apple but yet not pare it?

Do you peel it?

Doh! I was confusing paring with coring.

:D

So, core it, leave the skin on, and slice into (smallish?) pieces?

I'm going to make this at the weekend.

I've never eaten it.... is it supposed to have a bite? Should I use a hotter or milder curry?

Never tasted Moroccan cuisine. There's a restaurant quite close by. But still haven't been able to drag hubby there. The one I'm talking about has dumplings in it. I saw it on a cooking show once awhile back.
