Heep needed if anyone (Visa trouble)
Hi all,
I am new to this message board. But I have been very frustrating for a while. Here is my story.
I was convicted to "Trespassing" a Misemandonr (3/2002) under California law. I am on a H1B(extension already) visa till 2004. I planned to go back to my home country this coming X'mas for Vacation but my Visa stamp has well expired. So in Sept 02, I decided to use the domestic way to get my Visa stamp. I sumbbitted all the necessary paper work (money, forms, approval notice..etc) and I anwsered all the question truthfully including the question "Have you ever been convicted to a crime" - yes and I sumbitted my court case statement. What is the chance of me getting rejected of a visa and being "deported" at the same time?
Any comment would help me a lot.
