It would be L1 visa. We still don't have a deal in writing! When it finally comes through, my husband will have to go at short notice (or not, depending on visa interview dates!). I just want to make sure we are organised for when the time comes.

We are making some progress now with the insurance. It seems a complete mine field! Thanks for all the advice. The suggested website was really helpful. Thanks penguinsix! The online tutorial was in simple language for me to understand! I never knew it was going to be this complicated!

Then he will be going as an employee not a contractor.
