Proper cheddar cheese sandwich on bread that doesn't dissolve in your mouth.
Chocolate that hasn't been sweetened with half of Africa's annual sugar crop.
Vimto.
Actually being able to 'drop round' some-one's house because when they said "you must drop round some time" they meant it.

A Pint of Old Speckled Hen or Badger Bitter, sat on the Swan Inn Terrace at Lympstone in Devon overlooking the Estuary on a Sunday lunchtime. Followed by a walk to the General Store over the road and getting Cadburys Caramel bars, Crunchies, Fruit Cocktail flavoured Chewits, and Sunday Papers, lots of sports pages that mattered.
Roast Beef and Yorkshires for dinner, Murray Walker F1, Andy Gray and John Motson.
Now excuse me while i go and have a quick nostalga cry.

Eccles cakes
Toasted crumpets with butter (actual butter, not the funny-tasting cultured stuff that most supermarkets here have).
Speaking of toasting, why is it that the grills on all the stoves here are at ankle level?
