Hi,

I have decided to apply H1B without a lawyer as my company only pays for the INS fees.

Have any1 ever filed directly with INS ?

Can any1 please help me with the documents to be attached.

I have a 3 year degree from india (B.Sc comp sci) and a B.S from usa (acquired in 1 yr thru fast track).

Please advice.
