Hi,
I have a question regarding using old visa stamp and new H1 approval papers. Hopefully some one will be able to help me. I have a visa stamp for company A. Recently I moved to company B and got my H1 transfer approved. Now, when I leave the country, do I have to surrender my new I-94 (the one that comes with approval) or old I-94 (the one I received when I last entered US)? If I submit both, when I will enter US again, the immigration officer will probably look at the date of expiry in my old visa stamp and stamp the same to my I-94. (my old H1 stamp is valid until Dec 2002 but when I transfered my H1, it was extended to Jan 2004). Does anyone have any experience with it?
Thanks
