H1 B Query !!
Iam on my B1 ( for taking exam) in US now and I got my H1 B petition approved with my COS(change of status) denied
since I have a gap of 2 weeks from my B1 expiry to oct 1 2004 I even had lodged my B1 extension to be in status till oct 1 2004.
Since my COS has been denied I intend to get my stamping in my country of residence ,will this effect my visa stamping in my country of residence?
If so what measures can we take ?
what kinda questions can pop up?
How should I handle the questions?
If questioned is it advicable to mention that I met my sponsorer when I was in US or is it advicable to say that I know my sponsorer before when I was in home land?
Your advice will be my lifesaver.
Thanks well in advance

Try here - www.visalaw.com - they have a talk to a live advisor section, if no-one is online you will get a general, and sometimes personal reply.
