To the OP, I'm not sure if it's changed, but Pick up trucks are banned from some roads in downtown Chicago, might be worth taking into account.

Can members behave more friendly to each other? Those who enter into the argument are as bad as each other. The member with the upper hand would be the one who doesn't prolong the argument IMHO and ignores the childish remarks.

Although ignore advertised prices for new cars ..they have no
relation to the real price ...No advertising standard here .....

Probably get a decent Toyota Camry for just under $6K if you are lucky, will be late 90's and might have higher miles, but they are supposed to run forever.
