Global Entry complaints?
Hello,
My wife and I have had Global Entry for quite some time now. When our daughter was born in December, we applied on her behalf for Global Entry in early January.
It is still "Pending Review" according to the CDP website.
Because our infant daughter doesn't have an approved application, it means that our family can't use the Global Entry line, period.
How do we submit a complaint specifically regarding the Global Entry?

I applied in October, still pending review. It's taking about 9 months for the CBP to process right now.
