I LOVE Glamour Shots! I can't understand why you guys hate them so much! They don't look like those transvestites that were posted, they look like these! (This is me btw).

Glamour shots are not for 80s wannabes or people with low self esteem. It is a fun girls day out, a movie star makeover! I've done them twice, and loved it! Where else can you have professionals working on your hair, makeup and helping you choose "fancy" clothes and jewelry, and then take beautiful pictures?? I feel like a movie star when I go to Glamour Shots. I had them done for my senior pictures, after the ones done with our local professional photographer turned out rubbish!

My hair isn't too big, I don't think. The earrings in the first were a little large but it's supposed to be showy. It is showy, but I don't think it's tacky. I would be pleased to hang either of these pics on my wall, and I have one there now of my stepmom and I at Glamour Shots. It's gorgeous.

Okay, I am ready for the critics now. lol

OK I'll give you that, you do look very nice, would kill for your hair :)

Yes they were very expensive, but the sitting fee is hardly anything so it works out. It's an occasional thing, not something you do all the time. Senior pics did cost a bomb as you can imagine, lots of wallets needed, and they are copyrighted so you aren't supposed to make copies yourself.

And what do you mean, thank god for soft focus filters?! I'm this beautiful on a daily basis. :p

Thank you very much! DH thinks I sound vain putting them on here, I'm not though, I just couldn't see leaving the other side undefended, and I do love the pics.

My hair is short now though, I miss it long too!

That was sarcastic!! Please, I'm not really that vain!! Plus the first one was taken when I was 14, so I really don't look that much like it anymore.

EEEK! No, I didn't mean you were sarcastic, I was, when I said this:

Sorry to be so confusing!
