I found the Dingo version ... cannot seem to find the US version...

It probably doesn't exist LOL!

I guess I would be happy to go on such a list for the USA. I used to volunteer for the "Australian & New Zealand Association" in Singapore and we had a 'helping hands' section; we would track down spouses who were on business trips elsewhere in Asia if there was an emergency/crisis at home, take groceries or run errands for sick expats, babysit in an emergency, visit expats who were admitted to hospital etc.

Could have done with something similar shortly after we moved to the US; I was on a flight to England and unknown to me my husband had collapsed on the train into NYC with kidney stones and admitted to hospital...had no contact from him for more than two days - the bloody hospital never informed me grrrr.
