Question Forgotten to surrender the I-94 form

I forgotten to surrender the I-94 form when I left the USA in September 2003. I don’t have any plans to coming back to USA in near future. But I want to hand over the I-94 to keep my records clean so I could re-enter USA without any complications. Is anybody know a way to send this document (I-94) to INS or responsible authority.

Ditto, and I later emigrated to the US.

If you really want to send it back send it to the US embassy. I think that the London embassy web site also has instructions on what to do if it isn't removed from your passport.

Where? Couldn't find them, and have a friend who could use them.
