Florida Rental law
Hi Guys, I am a fugitive from the Spain forum.
We own a house in Naples, Florida. It has been rented out long term to an excellent tenant (he is only there about 7 months but pays for the year.) It is a private arrangement.
I just wanted to know can a tenant get property rights after a certain period of time, or can anyone point me to info' on the laws?

Re: Florida Rental law
I was a bit worried that the law could be like Spain where if someone gets a 12 month contract it is almost impossible to get them out for years. Seems as if I am ok. then to give him another 12 months.
