Default florida and British Psych nurses

Hi
A long time ago I was flicking through the jobs in Lincoln job center UK and came across vacancies wanting British Psychiatric nurses to work there
I just wondered if this was still the case or each state has its own options. I thought there was other oppertunities in places like Texas
I know many places want dual trained nurses but I remember this job being purely psych

To obtain a nurse licence in the US you must have clinical and theory hours on your transcripts in Paeds, Mental Health, Obstetrics and General Adult. Without meeting state requirements and passing NCLEX you will not get licensed and find employer willing to go throughout the process for work or immigrant visa. If you have a BSN you may meet H1b requirements however in general nurses go for EB3 which at the moment is under retrogression and several years wait for a immigrant visa
