I get that - it's just the airline can't make it their procedure to round people up at the last second as it's not a process that's sustainable time after time - people are people, and it would simply go tits up too often.

It's a real bitch when labor decides that it is cool to inconvenience or otherwise make life miserable for customers who have done them no harm and are in fact their bread and butter.
