It's like our oldest Son's name, he is "Nathan Anthony" Anthony being his middle name...We didn't live in the US until Nathan was over 2 yrs old (met hubby in Germany) Anyhoo...over here they say the 'th' in Anthony exactly the same way they say the 'th' in Nathan....always hated that, in England it's just spoken with the 'th' sounded out as 't'....would never have chosen Anthony as middle name if I had heard the way yanks say it, sounds like they have a lisp!
