Yep Mardi Gras.....I don't care for New Orleans personally, but I know I am out voted on that one, it would be an experience and there are plenty of other sight seeing places to visit, could be a nice family vacation :)

Even though you've already done Boston, what about the other regions of Massachusetts? The Berkshires have a ton of cultural history to offer such as museums and shops, while also boasting some of the best hiking trails east of the Mississippi! I would do more research on the Berkshires and see what you think. Either way, Hope you enjoyed your trip!
