Great. Wonder if they have a "Not Irish" one for us Scots living in NY. A scrub top version would be even better.

I've been asked if I'm South African once. The guy who asked got very upset when I told him "no". Apparently he had a bet with his wife. She'd actually got it right. Turned out, although she'd been in the U.S. for 30+ years, she was originally from Devizes!
Another time, I was wearing an England rugby shirt which had the word "England" under the rose. The checkout clerk still asked if I was Australian. |

it does occasionally happen the other way - we once met an English bloke who after a few minutes of conversation announced he was going to guess where my Mrs came from. He then came up with "Durban, South Africa".
Rather than admit he was totally wrong he then went off on a convoluted spiel to try and prove that accents from Durban and south west Virginia were, in fact, pretty much indistinguishable. :D |

I need "I am from Australia" as I am asked about a thousand times per day. Usually they say "what part of england are you from?" and I have to say "The reeeeeeeeeeeally southern part".
